I'd recommend a glass that has a curved top (most wine glasses do) that will help you to best experience the aromatics of the Sherry. You will often see Sherry served in smaller portions in smaller sized glass because of the higher alcohol content, but that is not necessary to enjoy it!
IN FACT - WE'VE FOUND THAT YOU CAN "ENJOY MORE" WHEN YOU USE A LARGER GLASS! ;)
Now that I'm excited about trying Amontillado, I wonder what sort of glassware you'd recommend for drinking it. A mason jar, perhaps?
