Great read! I didn’t know there were a dozen DOCs that produced Lambrusco. Intrigued by that first dry bottle- it does sound perfect for Christmas!

And appreciate the comment (which prompted a quick update to how we phrased it in the article for clarity) – there are a dozen DOCs that produce Lambrusco dominant wines (which are listed in one of the links), but only 8 can label as Lambrusco (frizzante or spumante). Please do let us know if you try any of the ones we recommended, always interested in how they fare with other palates. Cheers!
