Interesting question! I've generally never met a Chateau Neuf du Pape that I like, no matter how much everyone else seems to think it's a great wine. I also love a cheapy brand here in NL called Mucho Mas. I'm sure it's mass produced plonk, but it's just soooo easy to drink. The rosé, the red, the bubbles - love 'em all!

I’m in the CDP is overrated camp for sure, though I have definitely found some I like. For the price though I would basically never opt for it over a decent Bordeaux, Brunello, Barbaresco, Barolo… the list goes on and almost certainly extends to wines that don’t start with B. Also kind of blasphemously don’t see what all the hype around Burgundy is for. If rating just on value it’s got to be the most overpriced and undergood category on the market (though I’m sure there’s swarms out there that emphatically disagree). Def have to track down some Mucho Mas and give it a try, can’t say no to well priced easy drinking!

I'm not sure you're allowed to drink Mucho Mas - it doesn't begin with B 😜
